GRAM Lion works seamlessly with Gram’s digital indicator family — K3X, K3iX, K3iX-P, K3W, K3iW — as well as the Z8 and Z8i weighing terminals, via cable or optional Wi-Fi.
All compatible models provide 3-colour checkweighing, full tare management and totalisation.
Printers
GRAM Lion integrates with Gram’s printing ecosystem through its K3 connectivity: the PR4 thermal printer and Q2 label/ticket printer.
The Q1 Bluetooth label printer enables wireless label printing and barcode generation via the Xtrem App.
Connectivity, Software & Data Integration
GRAM Lion supports secure multi-channel communication through RS-232C, Ethernet, Wi-Fi or RS-485, connecting directly to PCs, indicators, tablets and Android or iOS smartphones.
The integrated Xtrem® digital module enables centralised multi-platform setups via Wi-Fi/Ethernet routers, real-time communication and Web Server access from Chrome, Edge or Safari.
Compatible with PC Xtrem, PW Link, EX Link and the Xtrem App, the system offers live data visualisation, CSV export, QR-code output, multi-device management and remote configuration. Premium Xtrem App features extend traceability and multi-terminal workflows.
Remote Displays & Visual Signals
Compatible with the RD3 repeater display (RS-232) and the LED traffic light with relay board, providing clear weight feedback and visual classification cues in demanding production environments.
Mounting, Cables & Accessories
Supports the full range of GRAM mounting solutions — painted or stainless-steel bases with column, ABS swivel bases, stainless U-tube supports and wall-mount brackets — ensuring ergonomic placement for K3 indicators.
Connectivity accessories include Direct K USB, RS-232 cables for RD3 or printers, K3-to-K3 remote cables, and expansion boards such as 3-relay outputs or RTC boards.
Verification & Calibration
GRAM Lion is available with CE-M verification, and optional ISOCAL certificates provide traceable calibration data for ISO 9001 compliance.
