Expert support and practical solutions that resolve challenges and keep your weighing systems performing at their best.
When a scale stops, your workflow feels it immediately. That’s why our technicians prioritise speed without compromising quality. Most service requests are resolved in 2–3 business days, often even sooner, allowing your teams to return to full productivity in record time. We focus on reducing downtime, anticipating what may cause delays, and acting decisively so your operation stays in motion.

78% of all incidents are solved remotely, giving you faster recovery and fewer operational interruptions. Our weighing experts can recalibrate equipment, analyse overload issues, run diagnostics, and troubleshoot errors directly through online tools — without waiting for an on-site visit. Remote support means smoother workflows, less disruption to your daily operations, and consistent uptime across your weighing systems.

Not every issue is a fault — many are operational challenges.
Our technical service goes beyond support to analyse situations, identify root causes, and deliver practical solutions that restore performance and improve how your weighing systems work in real conditions.

Every industry faces different pressures — a bakery does not function like a logistics centre, and a laboratory follows entirely different processes. Our technical team adapts to your reality, understanding how your staff use the equipment, the pace of your workflow, and the constraints of your environment. This allows us to offer solutions that fit your operations, minimise friction, and support your teams in the way they need most.

The internal battery has likely reached the end of its lifespan.
In most cases, batteries last around two years depending on usage.
You can replace the battery easily. Contact your GRAM distributor to purchase a compatible replacement.
Make sure the transport protection screws (located under the weighing platform) are fully removed before use.
If these screws are still in place or touching the load cell, the scale will not measure correctly.
If the equipment is new or has not been used for a long period, the battery may be fully discharged.
Charge the device for at least 24 hours to allow the battery to reach the required operating voltage.
Make sure the transport screws (located under the weighing plate) have been removed before first use and are not in contact with the load cell.
Also verify that the load is properly centred on the platform and that the equipment has been correctly calibrated.
